hi774's Frequently Asked Questions
From bonuses to payments, VIP program to casino games — find answers to all your hi774 questions in one place.
If anything about using hi774 is unclear, check the questions below. How to earn VIP cashback, how long withdrawals take, whether live casino works on mobile, what to do when a cash-out is pending — more than 20 questions organized into four key categories are answered in detail here. Each answer is written in plain, direct language so players can make decisions quickly.
VIP Program
hi774's VIP program gives you cashback based on your net losses each week. The calculation is done at the end of the week and credited directly to your account at the applicable rate. Cashback rates differ across three tiers — Bronze, Silver, and Gold — so the higher your tier, the more you get back each week.
hi774 has three VIP levels. The Bronze level offers up to 0.5% cashback per week. Silver raises that to up to 1.0%. Gold — the highest level — gives up to 1.5% weekly cashback. Each level also comes with additional benefits and priority support.
Playing regularly and staying active on hi774 can automatically move your VIP tier up. Tier upgrades depend on your overall activity. There is no publicly listed turnover threshold, but the more consistently you play, the greater your chance of reaching the next level.
Yes. In addition to cashback, members at higher VIP levels receive priority customer support, early access to special promotional offers, and eligibility for exclusive bonuses and rewards. Gold level members enjoy the most exclusive benefits hi774 has to offer.
Weekly cashback is credited directly to your hi774 account. It is added as regular balance and can be withdrawn once the applicable conditions are met. Contact hi774 support directly to find out the specific usage terms for cashback.
Casino & Table Games
Yes. In live dealer games, trained dealers handle cards or the roulette wheel via live video streaming from a real studio. You can watch everything in high-definition video and place your bets on screen. hi774's live casino runs on technology from trusted providers like Evolution Gaming and Ezugi.
Both games are quite simple. In Teen Patti, three cards are dealt and the strongest hand wins — it is similar to three-card poker. Andar Bahar is even more straightforward: a target card is shown and you bet on whether 'Andar' (the inside pile) or 'Bahar' (the outside pile) will receive a matching card first. Both are ideal starting games for new players.
Roulette has two main types of bets — inside bets and outside bets. Inside bets are placed on a specific number or a small group of numbers, offering higher payouts but lower odds of winning. Outside bets cover larger groups such as red/black, odd/even, or 1–18/19–36, giving better odds of winning but comparatively lower payouts.
Yes, hi774's live casino works fully in a mobile browser. Opening hi774.bar on your smartphone will show you the same live tables, dealer video, and betting controls as on desktop. For the best experience, use a stable internet connection — ideally 4G or Wi-Fi.
Devices & Technical Issues
Absolutely. On Android, open hi774.bar in Chrome, then select "Add to Home screen" from the menu. On iPhone, open it in Safari, tap the share button at the bottom, and choose "Add to Home Screen". This creates a shortcut icon and lets you use it just like an app — no separate APK download needed.
Yes. The full hi774.bar platform is mobile browser-friendly. Slots, live casino, sports betting, esports, and arcade — all sections are accessible from Chrome, Firefox, or Safari on your phone. No app installation is required, so it saves your phone's storage too.
hi774 runs on all modern Android and iOS smartphones, tablets, and desktop or laptop computers. It works seamlessly on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge on Windows, macOS, or Linux. If some live games do not load correctly on an older browser, simply update your browser.
First, clear your browser's cache and cookies. In Chrome, go to Settings → Privacy and Security → Clear Browsing Data. Then refresh the page. If the problem continues, check your internet connection or try a different network. If it still is not resolved, contact hi774 live chat — the support team is available around the clock.
Live streaming games require a stable and fast internet connection. If buffering keeps happening, first check the quality of your Wi-Fi or mobile data connection. Close any background apps and tabs to free up bandwidth. If the problem persists, reload the game or let hi774 support know.
Withdrawal Questions
At hi774, your withdrawal request is generally processed within 1 hour of submission, with funds arriving in your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket wallet. This is one of hi774's most valued features. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
Yes, but wagering requirements must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. hi774's welcome bonus has a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount — on the bonus amount only (not on the total of deposit plus bonus). For example: if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, placing ৳15,000 in bets makes the bonus winnings withdrawable.
Yes. hi774's withdrawal process is active 24 hours a day, seven days a week — including holidays and late at night. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket mobile banking services also run around the clock, so the target of receiving funds within 1 hour applies whenever you submit a request.
For security reasons, hi774 generally asks that withdrawals be completed to a wallet registered in the player's own name. This ensures your account is protected and that no third parties are involved. Contact the support team for more details on this.
A pending withdrawal is temporary. Processing is normally completed within 1 hour. If it remains pending beyond that time, contact hi774 live chat or email [email protected] with your request number. The support team will verify and resolve the issue promptly.
hi774 currently offers three withdrawal methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. You can submit a request through any of these three. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Before withdrawing, make sure the wagering requirements on your account have been met.
