Account Registration

If any information provided at registration changes, you must notify hi774 immediately. Providing false or misleading information is prohibited, and hi774 reserves the right to suspend or close the account as a result.
2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
hi774 may request documents to verify a user's identity at any time. Certain services, including withdrawals, may be restricted until verification is complete. hi774 reserves the right to close an account if identity verification fails or false information is provided.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to our support team immediately. hi774 will not be held liable for account misuse unless it is proven that the fault was on hi774's part.
Eligibility & Age Requirement
You must be at least 21 years of age to use the hi774 platform. This service is permitted only for users aged 21 and above. Account registration or use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited.
If age verification is required, hi774 may request a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-approved proof. If age cannot be verified, the account will be suspended immediately and any balance held in the account will be returned, provided age is not confirmed.
Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Payment Methods
hi774 currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet). Deposits or withdrawals cannot be made through any method other than these three.

4.2 Deposit Terms
Funds deposited into the account must come only from the registered user's own payment method. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited. hi774 reserves the right to verify any transaction and to place a hold on it if necessary.
Deposited amounts are generally credited to the account instantly. If a deposit is delayed due to a technical issue, please notify the support team immediately — [email protected].
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
A minimum balance of ৳800 must be in the account to make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests from successfully verified accounts are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawals may be temporarily held if any bonus-related wagering requirements have not been met.
When making a withdrawal request, the user must confirm that the payment details provided are correct. hi774 will not be held liable for any financial loss caused by incorrect information.
Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
Users are eligible to receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit at hi774, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive an additional ৳1,000 bonus — making your total balance ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000 or more, the bonus will be a maximum of ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
To withdraw a welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not on the deposited amount. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before withdrawing bonus winnings.
Each promotion or bonus may have its own terms and conditions, which will be detailed on the applicable bonus page. hi774 reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
5.3 VIP Program
hi774's VIP program has three tiers:
- Bronze — weekly cashback of up to 0.5%.
- Silver — weekly cashback of up to 1.0%.
- Gold — weekly cashback of up to 1.5%.
Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your regular participation and activity on the platform. The detailed criteria for tier determination are set by hi774 and are subject to change.
Betting Rules
6.1 General Betting Rules
hi774 offers the opportunity to participate in sports betting, casino games, live casino, and other game categories. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed. No bet will be accepted if the account does not have a sufficient balance.
6.2 Bets Affected by Technical Issues
If the outcome of a bet is affected by a technical fault, server outage, or network issue, hi774 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bet and the user will be refunded the bet amount. In such situations, hi774's decision will be considered final.
6.3 Sports Betting Guidelines
The following applies to sports betting:
- If a match or event is postponed or cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded or settled in accordance with hi774's existing rules.
- Odds in the live betting service may change in real time. The odds at the time the bet is confirmed will apply.
- Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, T20, IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sporting events.
- Maximum bet limits may apply for specific events.
Responsible Gaming
hi774 places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe gaming should be a safe form of entertainment — never a source of financial or mental stress.

Account Suspension & Closure
10.1 Account Closure by hi774
hi774 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following cases:
- If any clause of these terms is violated.
- If fraud or fraudulent activity is suspected.
- If KYC verification is not successfully completed.
- If the account remains inactive for an extended period.
10.2 Account Closure by the User
You may request to close your account at any time. Please contact the support team to do so. Pending bonuses and wagering requirements will be reviewed before the account is closed. Any legal and valid balance will be returned in full.

hi774 provides services on an "as is" basis and does not guarantee suitability for any specific purpose. The user is solely and fully responsible for any financial loss resulting from participation in gaming and betting.
hi774 will not be held liable for:
- Loss caused by internet disconnection.
- Loss caused by issues with the user's device.
- Delays caused by faults from third-party service providers (including payment gateways).
- Account misuse caused by the user's own negligence.
Where hi774 is liable, the amount of that liability will be limited to a maximum of the value of the relevant transaction.
Changes to Terms
